THE BISCUIT FACTORY, 13 PYRMONT BRIDGE ROAD, CAMPERDOWN NSW (STAGE 2)
Remedial works to the balconies and courtyards to 48 apartments within 2 separate buildings. With the building currently occupied, the project involves complex pre-planning of both access and materials handling during progressive stages of the remedial works.

Case Study
This original 1960's unit block underwent a major façade reconstruction to optimise harbour views and terrace areas for each residence.
Provident represented the Body Corporate to successfully manage the builder while at all time liaising closely with each resident to minimise impact to their continual occupation of the building during construction.
The final outcome was for each upmarket harbour view apartment fitted with:
- An additional 40m² balcony with 180° panoramic water views,
- New glazing system to each balcony with integrated fitout of internal living areas,
- New air conditioning and waste removal facilities,
- Improvements to the landscaping and pool areas, and
- Rendering the existing brickwork façade of the building
